OPC- is an abbreviation for oligomeric proanthocyanidins.

OPC was discovered by French researcher Jack Masquelier in 1948. It is mainly found in grape seeds and therefore also in red wine. However, in order to be able to absorb the amount of OPC contained in 2 capsules, you would have to consume approx. 2 liters of red wine.
